54 System Design is committed to protecting the privacy of our non-registered and registered users ("User") and their data. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is designed to assist User in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the information User provides through our applications and websites ("Site"). This Policy should assist User in making informed decisions involving the use of User's personal information when using 54 System Design's Site and utilizing our services. User will have the ability to change or edit the information User has presented to 54 System Design, through the Site, at any time. Should User be unable to edit their information within the Site, 54 System Design advises User to contact info@54sd.com and provide necessary changes.

The information we require for service may also include credit or debit card number, card expiration date and card verification number. This information will allow us to process payments and help protect User from fraud. We may also ask User to send additional information or to answer additional questions to help verify User's information.

In order to help protect User from fraud, we may request information about User from third parties to verify the information User have provided. As an example, we may use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that User's credit or debit account and address match the information that User has provided.

By registering on the 54 System Design's Site, User expressly authorizes 54 System Design to create performance statistics in relation to the work and data User has performed or submitted in regards to response times, including third party sales information. This information will be accessible to various access-level users also accessing the Site.

54 System Design does not rent, sell or share User's personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide the services User has requested. In order to comply with the 1998 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 54 System Design does not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable information from any User who knowingly is under 13 years of age without the expressed consent of that person's parent or legal guardian.

Use of Cookies

54 System Design utilizes cookie technology to store and track information. Cookies are electronic information that allows web servers to recognize the computer or device accessing the Site. Cookies will store user preferences and other information. Cookies are essentially small bits of data that are stored by the user's browser on the user's hard drive or device's memory.

Once we receive User's transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems.

The security of User's account also requires User to keep User's account password confidential. User should not share User's password or account names with any other user. If User shares User's account log on and password with a third party, they will have access to User's account and personal information.

54 System Design may change this Policy by updating this posting. Through User's continued use of the web service and Site, User is giving consent to 54 System Design's collection and use of User's information.
